Our regulator, The Financial Conduct Authority, has strongly endorsed the recommendations of the Basel II accord. This includes the strictly maintained minimum capital requirement of 8% for any net foreign exchange exposure. Historically, ActivTrades PLC has maintained capital and reserves at a level far greater than has been prescribed by our regulator. The Company regards this as the key measure of our security.
