ActivTrades Europe SA holds all client funds in segregated bank accounts. Clients of ActivTrades Europe SA are protected under the Investor Compensation Scheme Luxembourg (SIIL) up to a maximum value of €20,000. In addition, ActivTrades Europe SA offers an insurance policy individually covering its clients’ funds above the threshold provided by the Investor Compensation Scheme Luxembourg (SIIL) up to €1,000,000.

Our regulator, The Financial Conduct Authority, has strongly endorsed the recommendations of the Basel II accord. This includes the strictly maintained minimum capital requirement of 8% for any net foreign exchange exposure. Historically, ActivTrades PLC has maintained capital and reserves at a level far greater than has been prescribed by our regulator. The Company regards this as the key measure of our security.
